Not Satisfied with Your Purchase? No Problem!

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a full refund. We aim to provide accurate descriptions and images of all our products, but we understand that sometimes things might not meet your expectations. That’s why we offer a 30-day return period for any item purchased from us.*

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The product is in new, unused, and unworn condition.
  • Tags are still attached.
  • The item is in its original packaging, including the dust bag and all accompanying extras.

Return Process:

  1. Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving your return, our team will verify that the product is in its original condition. We strive to process refunds promptly, typically on the same day we receive the returned item. You’ll receive an email notification once your refund is processed.

  2. Refund Timing: Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account, though it usually appears sooner. Delays may occur due to bank processing times or other factors.

Refund Details:

  • You’ll receive a full refund for the returned items with no restocking fees. However, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns Procedure:

  • Please use DHL or a similar insured and tracked service to ensure your return is protected and traceable. Keep a record of your tracking number.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges:

To exchange a product, please return the undesired item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.

Faulty, Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your item is deemed faulty after inspection, we will cover the return shipping costs and refund your original delivery charge. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
